INFORMATION WE MAY RECEIVE FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES
If you create an account on our website through a third-party connection or log-in, for example through Facebook, Google, or by “following,” or “liking” PASV CODING on a third party social media site, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to PASV CODING. This information could include the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any other information. If you allow us access to your friends list, your friends’ user IDs, and your connection to those friends, may be used and stored to make your experience more social, and to allow you to invite your friends to use our Service as well as provide you with updates if and when your friends join PASV CODING. We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use our Service.

How long does PASV CODING retain Customer Data? Will PASV CODING delete customer data upon request?

PASV CODING maintains all customer data until we mark users as "non-active".

Upon your request, your account can be deleted from PASV CODING. You may submit a request to delete your account to support@pasv.us. Please submit your request from the email address linked to the user account in reference. If you requested your account to be deleted, we will delete the personal data associated with your account, however certain personal data will be retained if it has been integrated into data that is integral to our systems and site, including data in communications you have sent via our site. This data is necessarily retained for the integrity of the data on the site and our legitimate business purposes, including auditing, security and other legitimate interests. Your published contributions will remain on the site at our discretion. Once a contribution has been published, it becomes part of the communal knowledge and should stay that way.

Changes and updates to this Privacy Policy

PASV CODING may modify or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. PASV CODING will notify users of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy with an updated date of revision on our Service. If we change this Policy in a significant way, we will do our best to notify you of the changes by posting a notice on our website.
